Make your credit union available to your members 24 hours a day, every day, with the following services:
 

Access/24 Voice-Response

Most of the phone calls your member service representatives boil down to three main questions:  What's my balance?  Did a certain check clear?  Did I get my payroll or social security deposit?  Make the answers to these, and many more questions, readily available 24 hours a day using our Access/24 voice-response service.  Members will be able to perform:
 

  • Balance Inquiry for all accounts – shares, loans, drafts, CD's, clubs.

  • Transaction History

  • Transfer Funds between accounts

  • Withdraw funds (a check is printed at the CU for mailing)

  • Tax Inquiry – 1099-INT

  • Find out if a check has cleared.

  • Review ATM / Debit Card transactions

  • Review ACH EFT transactions

     

Custom Website and E-mail

Establish your presence on the World Wide Web with a custom-designed website.  GDS will develop, host, and maintain a complete website so you can reach out to both new and existing members, offer new services, promote special rates for loans or savings, take membership and loan applications on-line, and much more.  GDS web hosting also includes free e-mail accounts for all CU employees, as well as departmental accounts such as "loans@yourcreditunion.com".

 

OnCUe On-Line Banking

Help your members help themselves!  Our OnCUe on-line banking system makes it easy for members to perform balance inquiries, get interest and dividend information, review transaction history on-line (2 years or more), view check images, and post transactions - transfers, payments, and withdrawal requests.  OnCUe is available 24 hours a day, so members never have to wait.

Credit Union Service Centers

Give your members access to their accounts from over 1885 Shared Service Centers around the country.  Shared Service Centers allow a participating credit union member to conduct most of their business as if it were their own credit union branch. By sharing facilities, credit unions can offer greater convenience for members to access their accounts in many more locations. The following services may be available to you, at locations throughout the United States:

  • Open Monday through Saturday

  • Cash checks and make deposits

  • Cash and Check Withdrawals

  • Make loan payments

  • Make transfers from and to any account

  • Purchase Money Orders, Travelers Checks, and Official Checks

  • Obtain cash advances and balance inquiries
