As part of our Hurricane Katrina recovery initiative, GDS established a local Call Center and on-line banking support for NAVIGATOR CREDIT UNION.  Navigator is based in Pascagoula, MS, and serves over 32,000 members along the Gulf Coast.

 JEAN PATTERSON
 

GDS is proud to  introduce the latest member of our Customer Support Team - Jean Patterson.  Before coming to GDS, Jean was Financial Services Specialist for the Alabama Credit Union League.  Now Jean helps credit unions get started with their debit card, ATM, and CUSC programs - managing the entire process from filling out forms to testing, implementation, and accounting support - so you don't have to.  With Jean's help, we have been able to trim over 50% from the average time required to implement a new debit card program.
